If we gain your business while doing this it is a win win. Our process is designed around your needs, ensuring every detail is addressed—from initial consultation to project completion. We partner with you throughout each step, providing clear communication and quality craftsmanship for successful results. We believe in providing potential customers realistic upfront construction costs to complete their project. We have found that many unscrupulous contractors provide unrealistic low ball prices just to get a signed contract. Once the contract is signed here comes the change orders and extra costs. This usually ends up becoming 25-35% more than originally budgeted. We don't do that.
